Cats and dogs are welcome.  Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.  Maximum of 2 pets per home.  Non-refundable pet fee is $400, per pet. Breed restrictions apply.

Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, and any breed combinations of these listed.
Conditional Breeds: Dalmatian, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, and German Shepard — Conditional on having a Canine Good Citizen Certification.
